New figures show that the UK economy continues to grow and wages continue to rise. With more people in full-time jobs than ever before, more people have the security of a regular wage. And with wages still growing faster than prices, people have more money in their pockets.

On Friday 23rd March, we held our annual general meeting at our new office in Bircotes for the first time. The results of who was elected is as follows:

Worksop South-East By Election Results

On Thursday 22nd March, a by-election took place in Worksop South East. The results were as follows:

> Labour - 77.3%

> Conservative Party - 15.2%

> Liberal Democrats - 7.5%

 

Conservatives in Bassetlaw move into new office

The Bassetlaw Conservative Association has moved into its new premises located at The Old Police Station, Bircotes, DN11 8DE.

The new office will be officially opened by James Cleverly MP, Vice-Chairman of the Conservative Party on the 23rd February 2018.
