"Building the homes we need is key to levelling up, but we must build the right number of homes in the right places, as well as providing adequate infrastructure. Constituents have made clear their concerns about over-intensive developments in Thievesdale and Ordsall.

Today I asked the Prime Minister about housing targets in Bassetlaw and to confirm that there is no requirement from government to build 10,000 as Labour have claimed locally.

He confirmed this to be the case! Listen to his answer here."
